Plaskito was founded to fix a structural flaw in Tunisia’s waste economy.
The plastic crisis isn’t confined to our coastlines; it chokes our streets, forests, countryside, and waterways.
Tunisia’s waste infrastructure was never built for circularity—it remains trapped in a linear loop of collection, disposal, and negligence.
We saw a clear market failure: brands make hollow sustainability claims with zero proof,
while consumers are left in the dark about where products come from and how they impact the planet.
So, we engineered a solution—traceable furniture embedded with QR codes. Every single piece documents its exact lifecycle,
from certified local waste collection and material processing to manufacturing and a guaranteed take-back program.
